Senior Instructor
Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Kenneth has been teaching test preparation and tutoring for over twenty years with students of many backgrounds from grades 2 through 12 throughout the greater NYC metropolitan area. His natural affinity for working with young people makes teaching a genuine calling. His students have always felt it.
K. Eskins
Instructor
K is a graduate student and adjunct professor in Philosophy. Instilling a deep love for learning in students is K's mission and this extends beyond content-level work to more general strategies about how students can best harness their capacities to generate new knowledge. With a decade of work in education across grade levels and subjects, K has developed an arsenal of skills in the art of pedagogy that can adapt to any new subject. K specializes in SAT, ACT, SHSAT, SSAT, Regents prep, English composition and essay writing, and math through AB calculus.
Siddiq Bello
Co-Founder VP Strategy & Partnerships
Siddiq Bello co-founded Bell Curves, then built a career in corporate innovation and new product development. He has since returned to Bell Curves, where he now leads day-to-day operations and direction, guiding the organization's growth in the digital and AI era.

An expert in curriculum delivery and instructional systems, Christian Wu heads Course Operations at Bell Curves. His work ensures that what happens in the classroom, whether in person or remote, reflects the KRE Strategy with consistency, quality, and the adaptability that real students require.

Akil Bello
Co-Founder
Akil Bello co-founded Bell Curves, building a test prep company for students the industry routinely overlooked. After selling the company, he went on to lead equity and access work at The Princeton Review, then spent several years at FairTest working to reduce the overuse of standardized testing. He is currently Director of College Advising and FAFSA Completion Implementation at SUNY, leading partnerships with New York City public schools to expand college access. He remains closely engaged with Bell Curves, offering guidance shaped by everything he's done since.
Dan O'Malley Schwartz
Board Member
Dan O'Malley Schwartz has led Bell Curves in various capacities over the past two decades, taking it from a small start-up to a national organization and building the systems that allowed it to scale, while maintaining what makes it work. He managed the school and nonprofit partnerships that brought Bell Curves' work into underserved communities throughout the U.S. A Brooklyn native and former professional Magic: The Gathering player, he is Bell Curves' resident gaming and statistics expert, and he serves on the Bell Curves board in an advisory role.

Gregg Bishop serves on Bell Curves' board, bringing experience from his work with the Tsai Foundation to the organization's direction.
Ken Allen
Board Member, Azurest Partners
Ken Allen serves on Bell Curves' board, bringing experience from his work with Azurest Partners to the organization's direction.
Hashim Bello
Expert Tutor
Hashim co-founded Bell Curves in 2003, when instruction was entirely founder-led, and taught students directly for years across the SAT, SHSAT, and other standardized tests. He was among the originators of the Knowledge-Recognition-Execution (KRE) method that still anchors how Bell Curves teaches today. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Virginia and has since built a career spanning the New York State Workers' Compensation Board and Morgan Stanley, and currently serves as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. He remains closely engaged with Bell Curves, still working directly with students as an Expert Tutor.
